Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said the idea of Penang Bay would be tabled at the 10th World Urban Forum in Abu Dhabi next week, led by state local government committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo.“The development will not necessarily be undertaken by the state government as the components of the proposed bay can come from private entities, including international companies, ” he said after launching the upgrading works on the Swettenham Pier Cruise Terminal here yesterday.
