Hackers hit 3 DOST websites

The cyber attack is being investigated by the Department of Information and Communications Technology, DICT Undersecretary for cyber security, connectivity and upskilling Jeffrey Ian Dy told The STAR.MANILA, Philippines — Local hackers yesterday attacked the domains and systems of the Department of Science and Technology .

Cyber hackers demanded $300,000 from PhilHealth.Cybercrimes in the Philippines decreased by nearly 41 percent last month, the Anti-Cybercrime Group reported yesterday.
