The Department of Science and Technology  (DOST) confirmed that at least two terabytes of data have been compromised in a cyberattack by local hackers on Tuesday.

The Department of Science and Technology confirmed that at least two terabytes of data have been compromised by local hackers in a cyberattack on Tuesday.In a statement on Wednesday, DOST Secretary Renato Solidum Jr. confirmed the incident and stated that it was being treated with the “utmost seriousness”.“We are collaborating closely with the Department of Information and Communications Technology to actively monitor the situation.
