And now, Luke Farritor, a 21-year-old college student and former SpaceX summer intern, has decoded an entire word from within an unopened scroll. He has been awarded a $40,000 First Letters Prize award, which required contestants to find at least 10 letters in a 4 cm2 area in a scroll, said the
