President Muhammad Buhari yesterday insisted that there was no going back on the directive that all employees of the Federal Government including federal universities must be enrolled in the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System .Buhari who was represented by the Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Ali Pantami, noted that the country is faced with a number of challenges and as a government, they are doing everything possible to address the challenges.
MBuhari sir,govt should be prepared for the consequences of these drastic decisions,they'll prefer for the country to burn rather than going through all these reforms.
