Scientists in Quebec are suggesting that algae could be used to generate energy. According to their research, these aquatic plants could be capable of powering small cloud-connected electronic devices, such as Internet of Things (IoT) sensors.

KUALA LUMPUR: The RM1.35bil allocation for 12 infrastructure projects for the police is essential in order to provide a better working environment for officers and personnel, says Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye , are important as it could lead to better service for the public as well.

"In fact, some police personnel even dig into their own pockets to cover the cost of repairs so that their families could continue to stay at the quarters," he said. "We really hope the government will continue to monitor the situation and provide reasonable allocation to improve the living conditions of police personnel and officers," he said.
