Malware known as PsiXBot has to be present on a users Windows computer. If it is present it can open the camera, record video and send it to a server. The software is thought to be present on thousands of computers worldwide.

This scam has been going along time... they have no access at all... they usually buy passwords from old hacked websites.. and try to black mail you... i know this as iv had many with a password i used 13 years ago... Do not fall for it. use window defender or avast which is free
