Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and wife of Lagos State Governor, Dr. Ibironke Sanwo-Olu, have advocated maximisation of information technology, technological innovations and available digital resources for skill and vocational development in the efforts to creatively and sustainably get youths engaged.
Vice President categorically advised the 220 vocational graduates of the empowerment scheme to employ technologies in their businesses, as this would make their products and services very competitive. The governor’s wife reiterated the commitment of the Lagos State government to job creation and youth empowerment but said the government could not surmount the challenges without the involvement of the corporate bodies and well-to-do individuals.
