‘It's techno-racism’: Detroit is quietly using facial recognition to make arrests

For the last two years, Detroit police have been quietly utilizing controversial and unreliable facial recognition technology to make arrests in the city.

Some folks should take a tour of this as a reminder.

If it’s being used to take dangerous individuals off the street, why is it a bad thing? Law abiding have nothing to hide and should be grateful that the authorities are working hard to keep everyone safe from harm!
