SAN FRANCISCO - A hack into software maker CDK Global has disrupted operations at auto dealerships across the U.S., the latest in a series of hacks where ransom-demanding cybercriminals target big companies by breaching behind-the-scenes software suppliers.

“The majority of BlackSuit victims have been overwhelmingly based in the U.S., followed by the U.K. and Canada and span a wide range of sectors,” she said.It has breached at least 95 organizations globally, according to the security firm Recorded Future.These were mostly American organizations in areas such as industrial goods and education, according to a blog last month by the security firm ReliaQuest.

A mum was baffled when she looked outside and found a stranger had pitched a tent in her front garden overnight. Erika White, 38, said her son initially spotted the makeshift home on the lawn of her end-of-terrace urban home at 6.35am. The baffled finance analyst confronted the brazen trespasser - and said initially he ignored her polite request to move on from her front garden in Dartford, Kent.
