There were too many red flags for Lauren Hamilton to keep count, but she sees it as 'a learning experience' and is relieved she didn't take the job.

Most people who have endured the pressure of a job interview would probably describe it as nerve-racking and stressful, but one woman shocked the internet after revealing why her latest job interview wasn't either of those things—it was just plain weird.When Lauren Hamilton, 31, turned up to the interview for an office coordinator role, she didn't have any reservations or concerns.

It definitely wasn't the perfect interview and she wondered if perhaps she was the problem, and after several years out of the workforce, maybe things had changed.She took to TikTok to discuss the 'weirdest job interview ever' to help process her thoughts and to hear from others. While she was hoping it would generate some attention, she never imagined that it would go viral, gaining more than 1.4 million views and 77,500 likes since March.
