This requires the customer to travel to a manufacturer location, or the salesperson to travel to a customer location and ship a product there in advance. By conducting the sales call in Campfire with a virtual product, travel and shipping are eliminated, and the salesperson is able to better explain aspects of the product that might not even be possible with the physical item.
