Up to police, A-G to explain inaction against internet abuse cases, says Gobind

IT is up to the law enforcers to explain why action is not taken on reports of internet abuse, Communications and Multimedia Minister Gobind Singh Deo said, today. He said this was because although the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission may assist the authorities in investigating offences committed online, it does not have the power to take the offenders to court.
