KOTA KINABALU: Sabah must emulate Sarawak in the proactive implementation of the Dual Language Programme in state schools, said Warisan vice-president Datuk Junz Wong.
He said the implementation of DLP in Sarawak, which began in 2020 for Year 1 pupils, serves as a good model that Sabah should emulate. He was commenting on the announcement of Sarawak’s Education, Innovation and Talent Development Minister Datuk Seri Roland Sagah, that from 2026, secondary schools in Sarawak will teach Maths and Science subjects in English.
