Two men accused of using fraudulent credit card to buy more than $11,000 worth of merchandise at Clarington hardware storerington.Police arrested one of the men on May 23. They arrested the other on Tuesday.
Giuseppe Natale, 55, from Toronto, has been charged with fraud and possession of property obtained by crime . He was released on an undertaking. David Gottardo , 58, from North York, has been charged with fraud , possession of property obtained by crime , unauthorized use of credit card data and failure to comply with an undertaking. He was held for a bail hearing.
Police say they believe Gottardo may have defrauded other people.
