CLEVELAND, Ohio - A big birthday celebration in Akron turned violent in an instant when gunfire suddenly rang out Sunday just after midnight.
Police recovered two handguns and dozens of shell casings, more than 35 total, from several different guns including a rifle. It’s a national database operated by the ATF, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, to try to solve this crime.
