Globe forms group to lead AI initiatives

GLOBE Telecom said Wednesday that it had formed a new group to spearhead the integration of artificial intelligence into its operations for business transformation and an enhanced customer experience.Ernest Cu, Globe president and chief executive, said the establishment of the AI Development and Enablement Group was a significant stride toward leveraging AI.

'To sustain our competitive advantage, we must continuously innovate and adopt new technologies,' Cu said, adding that the emergence of AI 'signals a pivotal shift, promising to revolutionize the way we do business and serve our customers.
