Check out the companies making headlines before the bell: GameStop — Shares dropped more than 20% after the video game retailer said it plans to sell 45 million common shares of its stock. It also posted preliminary results that showed a sales decline in the first quarter. Reddit — The social media company rallied 10.5% after announcing a partnership with OpenAI.

Globant SA — The stock dropped more than 3% after Globant issued second-quarter earnings and revenue guidance that fell short of estimates, even as first-quarter results came in line with expectations. The IT company anticipates adjusted earnings in the range of $1.47 per share to $1.52 per share, weaker than the earnings of $1.57 per share anticipated by analysts polled by FactSet. Expected revenue of $585 million to $589 million was weaker than the $590.2 million consensus estimate.
