ON April 26, the government of Japan, in cooperation with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) launched the digital transformation center (DTC) in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

ON April 26, the government of Japan, in cooperation with the International Labour Organization and the Department of Information and Communications Technology launched the digital transformation center in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

The DICT Pampanga–DTC will offer a range of digital resources and training programs that will support job creation and promote digitalization for businesses in the Central Luzon Region, particularly among micro-small and medium enterprises.
