to be accountable for identifying, designing, evaluating, and recommending, new product, player experience, and channel development opportunities to OLG Senior Leadership in order to contribute to the Lottery & Customer Care division’s growth and expansion strategy. This role is responsible for captivating new audiences and re-invigorating existing players with innovative new concepts and exciting new experiences for OLG’s Lottery business.
Design new products and experiences that serve untapped customers and their needs and fill product/portfolio gaps for the lottery category Assess the feasibility of new products and technology solutions in concert with Technology, Delivery and Digital Partners Collaborate with partners at OLG, other Canadian lotteries and lottery vendors to discover new solutions
Work closely with key stakeholders in Social Responsibility, Compliance, Privacy, Legal and Accessibility departments to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
