Two teens were rescued from a boating accident, Time Youth expands its services, a proposed law to save independent pharmacies faces pushback, a neighborhood in Headland gets flooded after heavy rain, WCCD staff members and teachers learn about AI, and heavy rain causes struggles in Alabama and Georgia.

It was a frantic race against time as two teens nearly died while boating on the Choctawhatchee River. Since 2015, Time Youth has been changing Dothan kids' lives, and now they are expanding to a warehouse to excel further for teens. The bill is receiving pushback, but that could be because people don't understand the proposed law hoping to save independent pharmacies.

Saturday's storm brought heavy rain to the Wiregrass area, leaving one neighborhood in Headland so flooded that they called for help. The course, sponsored by Auburn University, gives WCCD staff members and teachers an understanding of AI as it evolves. Five to ten inches of rain fell across Alabama and Georgia this weekend, leaving some struggling to stay on dry land
