Unsurprisingly, the journey of a young pregnant student at Mount Holyoke College in 1991 to a mother of two, founder and CEO of care.com, to 2014 ringing the bell at the New York Stock Exchange, becoming the first Asian American woman in history to do so, was not an as easy one. It is imposing against the backdrop of the cultural, and systemic challenges she fought tooth and nail to overcome.reveals not a single management occupation was majority women.
