Health care advocates have asked the Federal Trade Commission to investigate Deloitte software errors they say disenrolled qualified Medicaid participants. The National Health Law Program, the Electronic Privacy Information Center, and Upturn have filed a complaint against Deloitte, claiming persistent software problems for a decade.

Health care advocates have asked the Federal Trade Commission to investigate Deloitte software errors they say disenrolled qualified Medicaid participants. Usually, Texans enrolled in Medicaid — the joint federal-and-state funded insurance program for low-income individuals — are evaluated every year to determine whether they still qualify for insurance.
