Club reported that one voter realized that a person could submit two votes per second by disabling cookies, and so spammed the poll for 38 straight minutes. Many Reddit users also supported “Splashy.
“As soon as firms introduce voting, they are implying a different relationship: ‘We are working together on this,’” agreed fellow Harvard professor Leslie K. John, who co-wrote the report. “Therefore, consumers believe their votes should be counted equally.”
