GPT-4 Turbo: OpenAI unleashes most powerful AI with Vision at low cost

While its previous models have knowledge of world events up to September 2021, GPT-4 Turbo has been updated up to April 2023.

During his presentation, CEO Sam Altman also announced several APIs for GPT-4 Vision, DALL-E 3, and text-to-speech.In his address, Altman, the driving force behind cutting-edge AI developments, revealed that the latest wave of groundbreaking announcements was born out of a year-long dialogue with developers. Altman said he has been in close contact with the developer community, tuning into their needs.
