It makes 122 recommendations, including calling on the Government to urgently repeal"discriminatory" provisions which currently prevent single men or male same-sex couples from accessing surrogacy. Not all discrimination is a bad thing. The research is clear that children need both parents, mother and father, to thrive. Perhaps nature is the thing which is discriminating, and maybe it is doing so, because evolution gave us the sexes. Mankind are not gods and should not be.
