Participants at the World Bank sponsored Centre for Innovation, Procurement, Environmental and Social Standards (CIPESS) at the Joseph Sarwuan Tarka

University, Makurdi have been charged to promote integrity, patriotism and professionalism wherever they find themselves for the development of the country and state.

According to her, the project is aimed at enhancing sustainable human capacity development in procurement, environmental and social standards in public and private sectors in Nigeria and the West African sub-region. While urging graduands to go out there and make a difference in all sphere of life and to achieve the mission to which the centre was established , the centre leader said the mission of the programme is to produce a critical mass of highly skilled and fit-for-purpose professionals in the areas of procurement, environmental and social standards for sustainable development
