As for its display, you’ll find the same three-in-one adjustable display as before, allowing you to transform it from a conventional laptop into a tablet of sorts, or meet in the middle by puling the display closer to you. It’s a 14.4-inch, PixelSense Flow display with a 2400 x 1600p resolution in Microsoft’s signature 3:2 aspect ratio, with a peak brightness of 650nits, a contrast ratio of 1500:1, full coverage of the sRGB colour gamut and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Microsoft says that the Surface Laptop Studio 2 should be good for up to 18 hours of typical usage. There’s also a hardware TPM 2.0 chip, Windows Hello sign in via the FHD Surface Studio webcam, a quad speaker setup and a touchpad with Surface Precision Haptic support. You’ll also find two USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, a Surface Connect port for charging, a USB-A 3.1 port, a microSD card reader and a 3.5mm headphone jack for I/O.
