Some worry the ‘wellness’ movement and its focus on personal responsibility let the tech industry off the hook

Enjoy your time living in the moment.”Moment was created by Kevin Holesh in 2014 to combat his own device addiction. He was working as an independent app developer, spending hours each day staring at screens.

The smartest thing we can do with smartphones is to remove the phone feature from them. Look back to the days of the likes of the 3310 and leave the smart features at home.

I think we should have a 12 step group to help people quit 12 step groups and a moral panic over all of the moral panics
