“Kita akui AI tidak dapat ganti atau menandingi kepakaran yang ada pada manusia. AI sebenarnya sekadar penghubung atau pemudah cara untuk sesuatu yang baru. Bagi tujuan itu, Dzulkefly berkata kementeriannya sedang berbincang dengan pakar dalam teknologi AI untuk meneroka kaedah bagi mengoptimumkan rantaian perkhidmatan di fasiliti kementerian.
Dalam pada itu, Dzulkefly berkata kementerian sedang dalam pertimbangan untuk melaksanakan Sistem Rekod Perubatan Elektronik di hospital dan klinik kesihatan di seluruh negara.
