The federal government has unveiled  the Omeife AI and Omeife Digital Literacy Apps, developed by UNICCON Group.

The apps are derivatives of Omeife, Africa’s first humanoid robot, which was launched in December 2022.

He spoke about the extraction of services to provide digital literacy adding that the technology was needed to achieve the targeted 95 percent digital literacy in Nigeria. The NITDA DG expressed admiration for the advanced technologies employed by UNICCON group, and assured of government’s support to the group’s research efforts.
