CLEVELAND, Ohio — There’s a government program that knocks $30 off your internet bill every month, and 1-in-4 families in Cuyahoga County may qualify., an FCC benefit program that launched in 2021 to help households get connected to broadband internet. One million Ohioans have already signed up, but many others who could qualify haven’t, said Alejandro Roark, chief of the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau for the FCC.
