AI security camera can spot shoplifters BEFORE they steal anything 😲

The dystopian tool is already in use in dozens of shops across TokyoUpdated: 6th March 2019,CREEPY AI security cameras are being used in Japan to pick out shoplifters before they nick anything.

The dystopian AI tool was built by engineers at Japanese startup Vaak, and is already in use in dozens of stores across Tokyo.that the technology takes us "an important step closer to a society where crime can be prevented with AI."Vaak The cameras can even detect restlessness, fidgeting and other suspicious body language – signs that someone may be about to shoplift.

Companies using Vaak's tech have asked the company not to disclose which stores are using the system due to security reasons.
