Lead .NET Developer - Gauteng Johannesburg

Are you a seasoned developer with a passion for leadership and innovation? We’re seeking a talented and motivatedto join our growing team. As the Lead Developer, you’ll play a critical role in leading a team of developers and delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate would need to be able to adapt to new technologies quickly and be willing to keep you skills and industry knowledge current.Work with and direct the team’s software engineers in setting the standards for coding, testing and software quality. Collaborate closely with the team’s BAs on the efficient transition of BDD’s and Swaggers to the engineers as part of the overall workflow.Oversee and assist in the production of comprehensive documentation.Lead the analysis and resolution of technical and application problems.

Provide clear reporting on the status of the scope, timeline, and progress for the delivery of working software.Assist in the prioritisation of bugs and defects.Provide technical leadership to the teams’ software engineers through coaching and mentorship.General Responsibilities
