I see that the bureaucrats in Whitehall have really thought through their plans again. What world do these people live in, it must be the same one Grayling inhabits though to be fair you will be hard pressed to find a Govt Department that is anywhere close to being competent

They haven't been job centers for years. They have been benefits offices exclusively. If you went in looking for a job you'd be told to go on the internet and look there. Complete waste of time and money keeping them open.

How 'productive' - provided ALL unemployed people have access to computers AND a place to stay. See the irony here?
