Where China Dominates in 5G Technology

HONG KONG—Western countries are building more barriers to Huawei Technologies Co. equipment in their 5G network rollouts. But that won’t change an underlying truth about the next-generation communications networks: Technology developed in China will be at the center.

Interesting how in the west royalties and patents are respected. While in shina, shinese companies would just ignore them. Huawei grew with IP theft.

Then maybe stick with 4G and nit pay the Chinese? Wait until USA develops 6G and skip 5G.

Shameful that American companies dropped the ball on this. How much of the patents were due to stolen IP? What is the truth here?

Perhaps they will “share” their technology as the American tech community had to “share”.

Given China's penchant for IP theft, maybe the world should just declare all China's patents nullified. No royalties. No more Chinese patents til they prove they have stopped stealing IP.

Why pay them when they never paid ocidental companies for their intelectual properties?

All their patents should be challenged because patents obtained through theft of IP and fraud should be invalidated.

Why should USA companies respect patents by China when China never reciprocated over patents by US companies...?!?!?
