Millions of people have abandoned the internet after a new 'social media' tax was imposed in Uganda - with critics claiming it is restricting free speech and the ability to criticise the government.

Watch out! Gov here will try &do the same thing, but the masses are asses & would gladly accept anything. Look how they stupidly accepted the hot pasty tax,sugar& salt tax, poll tax, bedroom tax, bag tax, tax for living, tax for dying, water tax, police tax.Window tax coming back
