Analytics software company led by Irish tech veteran Maurice Healy went public in 2021 but has struggled since with its market cap more falling to £16m

Glantus, the London-listed analytics software company founded by Irish tech veteran Maurice Healy, has agreed to a £17.8 million takeover.

Shares in Glantus, a provider of accounts payable automation and analytics service, jumped 40 per cent after it confirmed a deal with Finnish procurement specialist Basware. The 33.42p per share offer tabled by Basware’s bid vehicle represents a 67 per cent premium to Friday’s closing price.
