Parents can, but prefer to pass on responsibility for raising and protecting children to someone else to shake finger at or sue.

An IT person that should know better - allowed an 8 year old to play a game that can communicate with anyone around the world. Parents need to be taking more responsibility. Why are people so naive and think everything is safe.
