TalkTV Political Editor Kate McCann says UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is using a trip to the US as an opportunity to make the case the UK should be at the forefront of artificial intelligence policy.

“He’s here to sell the idea that he’s the man for the job,” Ms McCann told Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan.

She said that Mr Sunak’s attitude to some of US President Joe Biden’s policies are “not aligned” and it will be interesting to watch their meeting.
