has refreshed their Swift X lineup of high performance thin-and-light laptops with a new Swift X 16 announced. Packing the latest generation of hardware under the hood, the Swift X 16 is aimed at creative professionals and designers who are looking for performance packed in a small and portable package.
Under the hood meanwhile the Swift X 16 now gets up to an eight core AMD Ryzen 9 7940H processor with a 45W TDP, along with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 2TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage. The processor will feature an AMD Radeon 780M integrated graphics solution, but for even more performance it’ll also be available with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 laptop GPUs which brings with it ray tracing support, AI and AV1 video encoding as well as the ability to play some video games on the side too.
As for I/O, you’ll find a microSD card slot, two USB Type-C ports, two USB Type-A ports, a HDMI 2.1 port and a headphone jack along with support for WiFi 6E wireless connectivity. You’ll find a fingerprint reader too on the Swift X 16 for Windows Hello support along with Wake on Voice for more convenient logins.
