Herbert_L_Reed So is your newspaper. Why having reporters/journalists do interviews, when robots could do the same without being biased assholes?

The word 'high risk of automation' is a very bizarre word even if we stand on the part of manufacturing workers. If automation = risk, every job has risks. The judgment of 'risk' can not be made by automation itself.

Why does the media support mass migration then?

Good.

Low-skill jobs aren't the only ones at risk. Semi-automation is more of a risk factor for most occupations than full fledged automation because it's cheaper and faster to implement. Check out what I wrote a couple years ago:

Are these the jobs Obama said would never come back without a magic wand, or different ones?

How much did they pay for a study that concludes something that everybody knows?

More tax cuts will fix this ...

This is why the US needs to stop thinking short term and start thinking long-term. Investing and innovating to create the jobs in the industries of the future.
