That's how I cook my Thanksgiving Turkey - overnight. Pre-heat oven to max temp. Put bird in dutch oven w/1 cup liquid & seasonings. Cover & seal tightly w/tin foil. Cook for 1 hour if unstuffed; 1.5 hrs if stuffed. Turn off oven - do not open oven at all. 1of2
