“AI is rapidly transforming the global economy, with its potential to enhance productivity, improve the delivery of public services, and drive economic growth.”

Thus, House Bill #7396 defines AI as a general term for various technologies, such as deep learning, machine learning, and natural language processing. In other words, AIDA would serve as a “watchdog” to guard against people who may take advantage of AI for criminal means.
