Realtors are turning to AI and ChatGPT to write property listings

. As the AI software grows in popularity, people are finding more and more creative ways to put the tech to use — including making it write flowery descriptions for real estate listings.

"I could ask it to regenerate it, I could add more features. I could use something like this for a social media post or for a newsletter or something like that," he said in the video."And that's really just scratching the surface of what you could do with ChatGPT," he added.
