The Indianapolis Public Schools district's proposed operating referendum will include increased funds for innovation charter schools, IPS officials said Thursday night.
Last month district officials announced plans to allocate between $6 and $7 million annually to innovation charter schools. Now, they've increased the share to about $10 million annually. .
