The fifteen Ukrainian de-miners are being hosted by the Cambodian Mine Action Centre, a government agency overseeing the clearing of landmines and unexploded ordnance in Cambodia. Heng Ratana, the de-mining centre's director-general, said the Ukrainians would be trained by Cambodian experts at the Mine Action Technical Institute in the central province of Kampong Chhnang.

Lots of countries produce landmines. Many people make a ton of money out of munitions that kill people. Money which ends up in the hands of rich armament producers and fat cats from the Industrial Military Complex.
