The revenue surge has seen a flood of interest in Culture Amp, Ms Bruce said, with bankers particularly interested in taking the company public. ″We also have a lot of contact with the investment banks who are chasing us constantly around what our pathway to listing is. Our listing pathway will most likely be a US listing,” Ms Bruce toldCulture Amp allows companies to survey their employees and then uses the data to give companies an insight into how they can change workplace culture, improve performance and create better working environments.

Ms Bruce, who joined the company last year having previously been the head of AMP Bank, said she was comfortable with the losses the business is making, as long as revenue growth continues to outpace expenses growth.
