Late Thursday, Twitter sent out a companywide email saying its offices would be closed from Friday until Monday, and badge access would cut off during that temporary closure. Then, in a pair of widely distributed emails sent at the start of business Friday, Musk called for "anyone who actually writes software" to report to Twitter's headquarters by Friday afternoon. First, though, he asked them to send him a high-level report of the best code they have worked on in the last six months.

After the initial call for engineers to come into the office, he also sent a follow-up encouraging people to fly to San Francisco to present in person. He said, in one of his emails, he would be working late into the night at the company's headquarters office Friday and again on Saturday morning.

elon That’s gonna be a no from me dog

No wonder his cars are exploding for no reason!

So the genius bong boi doubled down, fired the core team and now on panic mode trying to understand how the tech behind Twitter works... LOL.

His emails seem pretty normal to me. I mean, he’s not a whining vindictive censoring pansy like some Twitter employees seem to be. He actually cares about his company and free speech. 100% support for elonmusk

I actually thought Musk was smart.

musk 💩

Ironic isn’t it?

If you're laid off effective immediately on Thursday by 5pm, why would anyone respond to him? They get their 3 months severance and gone. If even HRs/accountant/finance team quit, who's processing these severance packages? Lol.

Yep, just jump on a flight to San Francisco on the busiest travel days of the year, that makes sense?

Why is the far left and it’s puppet press so worried about Musk Oh yea, it was part of the conservative censorship operation

Lesson learned for me. Drastic decisions can have drastic outcomes.
