Google's CEO Sundar Pichai ha shared an impressive video of the company's AI Image generation technology in action.

“From today’s AI@ event: we announced our Imagen text-to-image model is coming soon to AI Test Kitchen,” Pichai writes.

“And for the 1st time, we shared an AI-generated super-resolution video using Phenaki to generate long, coherent videos from text prompts and Imagen Video to increase quality.” Phenaki differs from Google’s Imagen Video model because it can synthesize longer clips that move into different scenes. The technology is similar to a movie storyboard where directors will plan scenes shot-by-shot, except rather than physically shooting a film, the AI creates it instead. Google says that Phenaki could generate videos as long as “multiple minutes.
